The 7 Week Course
The 7 Week Course consists of:
- The Freedom to Love Workbook provides a place to record daily reflections and track daily activity. It also contains a written summary of the weekly lessons and the daily readings from Forged.
- Forged, by Jason Evert and Matt Fradd, provides 33 short daily readings which coincide with the daily reflections in the Freedom to Love Workbook.
- Weekly Video Lessons which can be used in a small group or 1:1 to mentor young men. Both mentors and young men get access to the video lessons.
