The FREE OUR SONS Course will teach you strategies and methods to help your son and other young men.
Praise for FREE OUR SONS
I have been privileged to participate in the Free Our Sons Course through the Freedom to Love Apostolate. Under the direction of Jeremy Rohr, Freedom to Love equips men with vital resources and holy wisdom for the war against the destructive influence of pornography in our world today.
What I most appreciate about the work that Jeremy is doing is that he is helping men, both fathers and mentors, to grow in their self-understanding, from both a human development and a spiritual formation perspective. This course will, first and foremost, help fathers with sons still in the home. It is also a tremendous resource for men who are mentoring and supporting other men through holy friendship.
And finally, the content that Jeremy presents would be valuable to men of any age and state of life, to grow in holiness and wisdom in their vocation of chastity. I highly recommend Freedom to Love as an apostolate and in particular the Free Our Sons Course.

I am so grateful to see how God is inspiring men to be mentors to their sons to help them grow in chastity through the Freedom to Love course, which I attended as a priest "father" in search of ways to minister to families in this area.
I wish that my own father would have had such a resource available when I was growing up, so that he might have been better equipped to guide me. We often feel ill-equipped and uncomfortable discussing the God given gift of our human sexuality in a way that is healthy and virtuous. I found that Jeremy Rohr's gentle, yet straightforward approach set an example for how to engage in such discussions with courage and confidence.

What Previous Participants Say About the Course
"I appreciated your questions during the Sunday evening calls. I think the interactive aspect hearing from other men and how they are impacted by the material is helpful. I also liked hearing some of the experiences you shared from your family as a husband and father."
"It has good information presented in an informal, easy-to-follow format. It's not intimidating, overwhelming, or awkward."
"I'd like to think that boys would still be relatively sheltered from pornography, but I know that isn't the reality with the online world. Also, even if they are to some extent, I think it's good for parents to have some preparation in advance, so they aren't scrambling when something does come up late."
