Why Do We Exist?
Freedom to Love exists to equip parents, mentors, and young men with the resources, tools, and training they need to live free of pornography. Through programs like Save Our Sons, Brothers in Freedom, workshops, mentoring, and community-building, we provide practical strategies rooted in Catholic faith, neuroscience, and emotional formation.
Why We Do It
Pornography is no longer the exception—it’s the norm. Studies show the average age of first exposure is 10–12 years old, and over 57% of teens intentionally seek it out monthly. Even within the Church, many men and women struggle in silence. Pornography distorts God’s plan for love, damages marriages, and leaves countless young people feeling trapped in shame.
We believe freedom is possible. Christ calls us not to guilt or despair, but to authentic love. Our mission is to help young men—and those who guide them—discover that freedom and live it out with courage.
Who We Serve
•Parents & Mentors: We equip them to lead their sons with confidence, wisdom, and faith.
•Young Men: We walk with them as they learn to master temptation, grow in emotional maturity, and embrace God’s plan for love.
•Catholic Parishes & Schools: We partner with communities to form the next generation in chastity, brotherhood, and spiritual strength.
How We Serve
•Training Programs: Save Our Sons provides parents with a framework to guide their sons toward freedom.
•Mentorship & Brotherhood: The Brothers in Freedom online community provides 18 to 25-year-old men guidance, accountability and encouragement. The Fundamentals of Freedom book provides high school boys with a roadmap to start their journey to freedom.
•Resources & Tools: Workbooks like Fundamentals of Freedom, The Freedom to Love Podcast, and workshops integrate theology, neuroscience, and emotional formation.
•Community Partnerships: We collaborate with Catholic parishes, schools, and ministries to extend this mission where it’s most needed.

Our Founder
Jeremy Rohr has worked and volunteered in youth ministry for over 25 years. He and his wife Cindy have been leading a retreat at their parish since 2007 to share practical applications of Saint John Paul II’s Theology of the Body with couples preparing for marriage. They are also Certified Catholic Life Coaches.
Jeremy provides one on one coaching with men to help them learn to live free of pornography. He developed the FREE OUR SONS course to equip fathers and other men to help young men to live free of pornography.
What Ministry Leaders Say
I couldn't help but think, "If only I had a mentor like Jeremy who makes this difficult subject matter easy to talk about when I was growing up", as we went through Jeremy's mentoring and wisdom on the topic of human sexuality. Instead, like many of my peers we were left to figure out our longings and often times twisted desires on our own, and this often times didn't end very well.
The playground, bus or locker room weren't the virtuous places that gave us any kind of freedom. Rather, as Jeremy helps us charitably to discover not only was it not the prudent place to learn about some of the most important things about being human, but "Freedom to Love" logically walks one through the land-mines to a place of authentic Freedom; a freedom to love as we were created to in the first place.
Now with someone who has experience, knowledge and practical insights on the topic of our sexuality, I am extremely excited to see the hearts that God allows Jeremy to touch in and through his "Freedom to Love" relationships.
